My friends and I had an amazing time staying at Cassondra’s place in Wilmington! She was very communicative throughout our stay! She had a well stocked and beautiful home. My friends and I spent time in Downtown Wilmington which was very close by and at Wrightsville beach which was only a 25 minute drive.

we had a great stay here. host was friendly and responsive. rooms were clean and comfy. water pressure in the showers was amazing. no problems at all. was confused about ratings mentioning frat houses because this was not the case from my experience. neighbors seemed to be families and the neighborhood was relatively quiet. planes did fly by but people saying that was too loud are exaggerating, in my opinion.

Cassonda's place was just as described. After a very hectic week at home, arriving at a lovely, welcoming home and sitting on the front porch with a cooler breeze blowing, surpassed my expectations! My husband and I both slept through the night on the comfortable king size bed. The appealing mountain theme decor was consistent throughout the home. We enjoyed am and pm walks downtown and to the near by town park and library. In summary, Cassondra's place was the perfect choice for our mountain vacation!

Cassondra's listing was a great area for us to walk to the library and playground with our child. Any hiccups that happened, Cassondra was quick to communicate. Would recommend and plan to stay here again

The community/town of Garner is like a walk back in time. Sweet little town square with local businesses. We were in town for a wedding and rented both the upstairs and downstairs. It was great as two separate families stayed simultaneously with access to each other in both spaces (up and down). The night we arrived there were signs in the town square about live music and food trucks behind the community center. It was like the whole town came out to enjoy each other. We highly recommend Zin (Yoga & Wine) "in town". They have live music and a relaxed atmosphere to just chill and enjoy whoever you are with. Cassandra's house was perfectly close to the town square and had ample room for folks to spread out. We hung out on the front porch for coffee, and the guys gathered for cigars there in the evening. No smoking in the house, though. Easy instructions and very cute decor (birds upstairs and butterflies downstairs). We loved it!

This cute home was perfect for our West Jefferson getaway. The home had the space we needed and was in a great walkable location. We were able to walk right through the park to get into downtown. The bed was comfy and we slept great! Though we didn’t cook, the kitchen looked well stocked and the home was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

It’s a conveniently located, beautifully renovated property, perfect for one or two couples or a family. The layout and furnishings inside and out encourage togetherness. We felt very comfortable. The mattresses were a little soft for our liking, but that’s just a personal preference. Travel-size toiletries in the bath would have been a plus. There were more than enough linens in the kitchen and bathroom. Washing machine and dishwasher detergent pods are appreciated. I liked that Cassondra doesn’t toss barely used condiments and seasonings from the kitchen. It’s so much less wasteful and cost-saving.
