* Smoking & Vaping: This is a smoke-free, vape-free home. Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the house. Smoking and vaping are allowed outside however all cigarette butts and ashes should be disposed of properly and not left in the yard. If smoke is smelled inside the home after you leave there will be a $500 charge to your bill. * Breakages & Furniture: We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break anything please let us know immediately - if it's minor we usually won't charge. If it's a larger issue (e.g. the TV screen!) we would like to agree the cost with you before you leave to avoid any issues later. Thank you! No furniture within the home should be moved outside of the room it was in when you arrived. * Parties: While we hope you have a great time in our home, we do not allow birthday, bachelorette or any other parties that total more than the agreed upon occupancy for the stay. * Pets: We love animals and will allow dogs on a case by case basis with prior approval. There is a two dog maximum and we do limit the size due to the noise and space we have available. No other animals allowed. All dog waste must be picked up daily by guests and any time guest leave the property dogs must be left in a crate. There will be a non-refundable pet fee based on length of stay. Please contact me in advance to discuss bringing a pet and the fee. * Primary & Accompanying Guests: The primary guest must be at least 25 years old and must be present each night of the rental. No exceptions. No overnight guests except for those who are listed on the reservation. * Quiet Hours: We are located in a residential community and, although this is a college destination, it's home to many people. As such we ask that you respect their privacy and their right to a peaceful existence. Specifically, between the hours of 10:30pm and 8am noise should be kept to a minimum inside and outside the property. * Spray Tans & Lotions: Although we all love that bronzed look, we do not allow any professional or "at home" spray or lotion tanning in our residence. We think you can guess why. * Down the Drain: We hope you are enjoying staying in our beautiful old home. With old homes come older pipers. Please only flush toilet paper and tissues down the toilet. No feminine products, paper towels, cigarettes, grease, baby wipes or other types of wipes. Also, no grease in the toilets or sinks. * Fire & Fireworks: While we love a good fire, we do not allow charcoal grills, outdoor fire pits or indoor candles at this location. No fireworks allowed on the premises. * Glitter, yes Glitter: Oh you laugh until you have to clean it out of every crack and crevice in the house. Absolutely no loose glitter in the house. * Illegal Substances: Absolutely no illegal substances or drugs will be permitted on the property. No fireworks permitted. *
